For the last few years, Indiana natives King Kap and Richie Bux have been quietly building solid fan bases, with Kap manning things down back home, and Bux expanding his empire to the West Coast, in Las Vegas. Regardless, they’re regarded as two of the state’s top prospects, and they prove exactly why on their engaging new single, “Bankroll Challenge.”

Kicking things off with a scathing opening verse, King Kap immediately sets the tone for the rest of the record, which is maximum energy, lots of aggression and a high octane cadence that feels like it’s for all the marbles. Utilizing pristine production from fellow Indiana artist, TyjuanOnTheBeat, Kap takes advantage of his time, right before Bux comes in and plays clean up, beautifully. With the type of energy that this record displays, we’re just hoping that a video isn’t far behind.
