Harlem Native, Jxhar Recruits NO1-NOAH For Their Reflective New Single

Growing up on the West Coast, Harlem was one of the cooler places we heard talked about in New York City. Home to Dapper Dan, Damon Dash, Big L, Cam’Ron and more, Harlem not only seemed like Black Excellence, but also the epitome of Black Style. Coming from that area, native rapper, Jxhar has some big shoes to fill, but he takes a right step in that direction with his intriguing new single, “Can’t Forget U.”

Featuring NO1-NOAH with a standout vocal performance on the hook, “Can’t Forget U,” is a well-written, downtempo record with flavor. Rhyming over ambient production that sets the stage perfectly, Jxhar showcases impressive cadences, as well as infectious melodic runs that blend perfectly with the hooks provided by NO1. With this serving as the first collaboration from the two, here’s to hoping that the eventual success of the record leads to more.
