Cleveland Native, Freshie Unveils His Aggressive New Project

Traditionally not known as a Hip-Hop hotbed — with respects to Bone Thugs-N-Harmony — Ohio has blossomed into a viable area to recruit talent in the last decade. What started out with Kid Cudi, Machine Gun Kelly and Chip Tha Ripper breaking through a few doors, has since bred mainstream stars like Trippie Redd. Rising through the ranks and making some noise of his own, Cleveland rapper, Freshie capitalizes on his impressive year with his new project, Bad Behavior.
Utilizing an apparent endless amount of energy, Freshie uses Bad Behavior as his personal melodic playground. While he doesn’t fuck around with the vibe in terms of energy and sound, keeping it turned up the whole time, he seems to be have loads of fun in his personal area. (Think about when you were a kid and could make your own world out of anything.) Consisting of 13-tracks, the project is neither congested nor too short, instead ending at about exactly where you start to gas out — though he ends the project out on a more melodic note with the killer 5-song-run from, “Time Zone,” to, “Why I Do That?”
With an eleventh hour submission to the end-of-the-year lists, Freshie emphatically puts an end to an impressive 2019. Take a listen to the project below and let us know if you agree.
