One of the most tried and true methods of getting noticed as an upcoming an artist is to either obtain a bigger feature, or be blessed enough to be asked for one on a notable release. Hailing from North Carolina, rising rapper 2–6 Biggz has been garnering a bit of a buzz due to his past output, but decided it was probably time to up the ante a bit. Through this notion, he checks into our pages for the first time with his 2-track EP, Family as Fuck, which includes guest features from Hip-Hop luminaries, Curren$y & Chuck Inglish, respectively.

At only 2-tracks, the EP is short, but concise as Biggz utilizes the duo of records to highlight his versatility. On the titular track, “Family as Fuck,” Biggz takes a laid back approach as he smoothly glides over the Ceez Neckmusik production providing engaging one-liners and infectious melodic runs. This all happens before resident stoner rap extraordinaire, Curren$y comes in to play clean up by providing the tail end of the record with one of his signature verses, serving as a wonderfully fitting end to the song. On, “Real Nigga on 3,” we find Biggz getting a bit more aggressive as he adjusts to the more high-octane production provided by Chuck Inglish. Showcasing the aforementioned abilities, he adds to this by giving the verses a bit more energy and flare, resulting in the standout track from the duo-release.
