If you’ve been to any major city in the U.S., then you know, there’s nothing quite like an authentic street hot dog, especially in L.A. One of the most famous hot dog spots in all of America, is Southern California staple, Pink’s Hot Dogs. The chain has been in the area since 1939, making it part of Los Angeles history. Hailing from Atlanta, native rapper, 27O1 paid tribute to the legendary restaurant in his interesting new video for, “Pink Hot Dog.”

Directed by Scoot Da Shooter, the video takes place in Downtown LA, switching scenes between L.A. Live and Pink’s on La Brea. Utilizing guerrilla style shooting, the duo infectiously create an authentic video, where 27O1 is seen walking among the crowds and enjoying life in Southern California. Soundtracked to thumping production and infectious melodies from 27O1, the combination of the video and the song make for one of the more authentic and intriguing videos of the month.
